Effective Date: 13 October 2026 Welcome to SollaceWear, operated by BAAS EXCAVATIONS PTY LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), an Australian registered business located at 260 Queen Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000, Australia. These Terms of Service govern your access, browsing and all purchase transactions made on our website SollaceWear.com.

By visiting, registering, adding items to cart and submitting an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use our website or place orders. We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a new effective date, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to complete a purchase. If you are under 18, you may only shop with the approval and supervision of your parent or legal guardian. You confirm that all information you submit at checkout, including your full name, delivery address, contact details and payment information, is true, accurate and complete.

Product & Pricing

SollaceWear specialises in women’s casual maxi dresses, midi skirts and everyday women’s apparel. All product photos, size descriptions, fabric information and colour displays are for reference only. Minor colour differences may appear due to different screen resolutions and lighting environments. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices can be adjusted without prior notice, and the final price confirmed on the checkout page is the binding price for your order.

Payment

Payments are securely processed through Stripe and other authorised payment service providers. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount. All payment data is encrypted and handled by Stripe; we do not store your full credit card number, CVV or sensitive banking information on our web server. Your payment is subject to Stripe’s terms of service and your card issuer’s rules. We will not dispatch your order until payment is fully authorised and cleared.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An automated checkout confirmation email does not guarantee we accept your order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for valid reasons including product stock shortage, pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify payment identity, or breach of these terms. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will process a full refund back to your original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on SollaceWear.com, including the SOLLACEWEAR brand logo, product images, text, graphic design, layout and product copy, is the intellectual property of BAAS EXCAVATIONS PTY LTD. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying or using our brand assets for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to Australian Consumer Law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential damages including lost profit, travel costs or emotional distress arising from your purchase or use of our website. Our maximum total liability for any single order will not exceed the total amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, public holidays, weather or other events outside our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute related to your order or website use will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Queensland.
