Shipping policy

Effective Date: 13 October 2026 This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on SollaceWear.com, operated by BAAS EXCAVATIONS PTY LTD.

Free Shipping Coverage

We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders with no minimum order value. Free shipping service is available for delivery destinations including all European countries, the United States of America and Hong Kong. We do not offer shipping service to other territories or countries not listed in this scope at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian national public holidays and weekends. Any orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will start processing on the next available working day.

Estimated Delivery Time (after dispatch)

All European Countries: 7–15 business days
United States: 8–16 business days
Hong Kong: 4–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can be caused by customs inspection, courier backlog, peak shopping seasons, adverse weather or other circumstances out of our control.

Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and tracking link. You can check delivery status online via the tracking portal.

Customs Duties & Import Tax

The recipient (buyer) is responsible for any import duties, customs clearance fees, local sales tax or brokerage charges imposed by your destination country or region when the parcel arrives. We do not cover these extra fees. We cannot predict customs charges and we take no responsibility for customs detention, inspection delays or parcel seizure by local customs authorities.

Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

If the parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, recipient refusal, multiple failed delivery attempts, the buyer will be responsible for the return freight cost. We can either arrange re-shipping at the buyer’s expense or process a partial refund with the original outbound shipping cost deducted.
